How product work is organised
Quiyo is developed across product, engineering, design and operational work. Features are shaped around the same end-to-end flow users see in the app: preparing material, creating an assessment, delivering it, reviewing what happened and reusing the useful parts.
Institution features require an additional layer of work around permissions, participant administration, billing, CBT operations and reliability. That work is kept connected to the personal product so the experience does not split into unrelated systems as usage grows.
Support feedback, institution workflows and day-to-day product usage are used to decide where an existing flow needs more depth or a simpler interaction.
