What billing in Quiyo covers
Personal billing covers the plan and AI-credit usage attached to an individual account. AI credits are used by generation features, while assessment participation and ordinary quiz management follow the limits of the selected plan.
Institution billing is organised around institution capacity, workspace usage and any additional AI allocation the institution needs for staff. Billing records and usage information remain connected to the institution account.
