How does Institution Workspace pricing work?
Institution pricing is based on the capacity the organization needs, including staff, participants, storage and AI credits. The configured billing screen shows the selected capacity and price before purchase.
Do staff members need separate personal subscriptions?
No. Institution staff access is managed through the Institution Workspace. Personal plans are for personal Quiyo use, not a requirement for every staff member in an institution.
What are AI credits used for?
AI credits are used by AI-powered creation workflows. You can still edit, arrange and manage quiz content without treating every action in Quiyo as an AI request.
Can I buy additional AI credits?
Yes. One-time credit bundles can be added when you need more AI processing. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are used only inside Quiyo.
What is included in the free trial?
The free trial gives you a limited period to try supported creation and publishing workflows before a paid subscription begins. The checkout screen shows the trial end date and first payment date before you confirm.
How do subscriptions renew and cancel?
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel through the billing-management route provided with your purchase or the relevant app store. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Is Quiyo a marketplace?
No. Quiyo sells access to its own software and AI usage. Users do not sell quizzes, collect participant payments, earn commissions or receive payouts through Quiyo.
What is the refund policy?
Eligibility depends on the payment channel, applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase. Review the Refund Policy before purchasing for the full terms.
Are Foundation, Growth, Scale and Premier fixed plans?
No. They are recommended starting configurations. You can change staff, participant capacity, storage and AI credits independently after choosing any preset.
What does participant capacity mean?
It means the number of participants registered under the Institution Workspace. It is not a simultaneous-user or concurrent-exam limit.
How does annual Institution billing work?
Annual Institution billing provides 12 months of service for the price of 10 months. The calculator shows the normal 12-month equivalent and the amount saved.
Is the USD amount converted from the naira price?
No. NGN and USD use separate localized commercial pricebooks. The USD estimate is not a live currency conversion from the naira amount.
